Terms & Conditions: Welcome to In Him Design Co.! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Payment Terms: Payment is processed securely through our website. All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping Policy: Orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. International shipping can expect to have extended shipping times, up to 20+ days depending on location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of all our products being custom printed on an individual order basis (we do not produce our products in bulk), we are unable to accept returns or refunds. However we do want our customers to have a wonderful experience so if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us directly at info@inhimdesign.co and we will do our best to rectify with either a store credit or a discount on your next order. We encourage any unwanted merchandise that was purchased through our store to be donated to someone in need. 

Intellectual Property: All designs are the intellectual property of In Him Design Co. Reproduction or unauthorized use of any designs is strictly prohibited. 

Fulfillment, Production & Shipping: All our designs are created in house by the owner of In Him Design Co., however we partner up with a fulfillment company to help with our production process. This allows for us to reduce excess of overhead expenses and materials that would potentially go un-used and allow us to produce our products on a purchase basis. This also allows us to be more efficent in our production and shipping process, ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. While this is not a decision we take lightly, we may refuse service to protect our business from unwarranted behavior, threats, or malicious intent. We strive to provide a positive experience for all our customers and appreciate your understanding.
